• Your email address and the display name you choose when you create an account.
• Listings you post: title, description, price, category, town, and photos.
• Messages you send to other members through the site.
• Business storefront details you choose to add: business name, logo, banner, address, phone, email, website and hours.
• Saved searches and alert preferences you set up.
• Basic technical information every website receives, such as your browser type and general region, used to keep the site running and secure.

To show your listings to other Manitobans, let buyers and sellers reach each other, send the alerts you asked for, prevent spam and fraud, and understand which parts of the site people use.

Your display name, town, listings and seller rating are public. Your email address, phone number and street address are never shown publicly unless you add them yourself to a business storefront. Private messages are visible only to you and the person you are talking to.

The site itself works without any tracking cookies. If we run ads, measurement only starts after you choose "Accept" on the cookie notice, and your choice is remembered in your browser. Choosing "Decline" changes nothing about how the site works. You can change your mind any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Listings stay until you delete them or they expire. Messages are kept while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, your profile, listings and messages are removed within 30 days, except where we have to keep records to deal with fraud or a legal request.

Only the service providers who host the site, store photos and deliver email on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information if required by Canadian law or to protect members from harm.

You can edit your display name and business details at any time in your settings, delete listings, turn off alerts, or ask for your account and data to be deleted. Email privacy@204marketplace.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
